Function description

You are responsible for the follow-up and implementation of projects "Damage diagnosis of (existing) concrete structures". During a break-in period you will become acquainted with the specific aspects of concrete damage and you will be trained by an experienced project team. You are then able to independently follow up a project in which the following phases are discussed:

• Site visit: mapping the problems and needs of the customer, elaborating a suitable research program and drawing up an offer.
• Coordination and implementation of the project: drawing up a schedule, performing measurements on location, coordinating technical personnel and following up laboratory tests.
• Processing of research results: collecting and processing of results obtained from measurements on location and lab tests, feedback of results to observations on location.
• Reporting: purposeful interpretation of your findings and communication with the project team.

Profile

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and preferably a master's degree in structural engineering.
• You have a strong affinity for concrete, damage diagnosis and repair of concrete structures.
• You are resistant to stress, flexible and able to work independently and accurately.
• You are social and service-minded.
• Work experience is not required.
