biologique : moisissures et champignons\n\t<\/h2>    \n            <div class=\"gc-cwv__text\">\n            <p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Ce type de dommage survient lorsque le taux d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 du bois est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 20 %) pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Pourriture du bois (pourriture brune et pourriture blanche)&nbsp;:<\/b> Dans le cas de la pourriture brune, les champignons d\u00e9composent la cellulose, ce qui provoque le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement du bois, son brunissement et sa d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration en cubes (pourriture cubique). La pourriture blanche d\u00e9compose \u00e9galement la lignine, donnant au bois une structure fibreuse et l\u00e9g\u00e8re. La pourriture se d\u00e9veloppe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au niveau des joints, des assemblages bout \u00e0 bout et des supports dans les ma\u00e7onneries humides.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">La pourriture s\u00e8che (Serpula lacrymans)&nbsp;:<\/b> le champignon le plus redout\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent. Ce champignon peut transporter l\u2019humidit\u00e9 vers le bois plus sec gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son myc\u00e9lium et m\u00eame se propager \u00e0 travers la ma\u00e7onnerie.
