An accurate inspection of existing structures requires precision and independence. Sanacon combines visual expertise, drone inspections, and smart AI analysis to provide a clear picture of the condition of your building or infrastructure.
Before we go on-site, we first gather all available information regarding your structure: building plans, previous surveys, maintenance history, and known problem areas. This file study provides an initial, substantiated picture of the situation and determines where the inspection should best focus.
During the visual inspection, we map visible damage, wear, cracks, and other signs of aging. This can be done in a targeted manner at a number of locations, or across the entire structure in the form of an inventory. To do this, we work according to the NEN 2767 method: each damage pattern is assigned a condition score, and based on this, heatmaps can be created that visually clarify the distribution of the damage on plans or 3D models.
For locations that are difficult or unsafe to access, we deploy drones or an ROV. Through our subsidiary Medexon, these images are further processed into orthophotos indicating the damage patterns, ensuring that even inaccessible parts of a structure are fully mapped.
During inspections, we collect large amounts of detailed imagery. To locate damage patterns such as cracking, concrete decay, and surface degradation even faster and more accurately, we rely on automated AI analysis. Through our own data platform [DIMCOST](http://www.dimcost.com), these images are processed into clear insights and linked to the condition scores of your structure. This not only enables objective damage detection but also forms the basis for well-founded long-term maintenance scenarios.

Thanks to DIMCOST , our in-house developed data platform, and the collaboration with subsidiaries Medexon (drone inspections) and Beton+ (on-site investigations and laboratory tests), we manage the entire process internally, from initial diagnosis to execution.
